John is referred to as the Founder and the President of Quality Recording Solutions and he has over 35 years of sales, leadership and industry experience. Before he created QRS, John worked as the Director of Government Sales at Eyretel Inc., Director of Sales at CSI in Memphis and also a Sales Manager for Harris/3M.

John is also a dynamic member of APCO and NENA. He also became the President of Roswell High School Foundation and the Bradshaw Men's Golf Association.

Alex is the Regional Vice President of Quality Recording Solutions and he orchestrates each customer experience from the initial planning and produces surveys to installation and training.
