Our field engineers will
respond to your needs with a fast and courteous installation and service. The
service department has a full supply of parts and accessories to assure you that
your system will be maintained efficiently and correctly. Loaners are available
in the event of a lightning strike in order to maintain your recording
demands. Annual contracts are offered on all systems we sell and include
preventative maintenance on a regular basis.
QRS will install new wiring
or repair existing installations and work with you to have a professional
completed system. If questions or consulting is needed we are there to assist
with our trained staff which has over 30 years of experience in recording
systems. QRS cares about it's customers.
QRS offers three types of service agreements.
The standard service agreement covers the user Monday through Friday between
8:00am and 5:00pm. All parts and labor are covered between the specified time
frame. A service charge will be incurred if service is needed outside of the
specified time frame. Our service help desk will be available to the end user
during the specified time frame.
The extended service agreement covers the user Monday through Friday between
7:00am and 9:00pm. All parts and labor are covered between the specified time
frame. A service charge will be incurred if service is needed outside of the
specified time frame. Our service help desk will be available to the end user
during the specified time frame.
The premium service agreement covers the user 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All parts and labor are covered. Our service help desk will be available
to the end user 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our service center supports the
following discontinued / legacy products:
Eyretel
E500, Eyretel E1000, ASC Pro, ASC Advanced, ASC Compact, Eventide VR240, and
Eventide VR320
Quality Recording Solutions continues to service the
discontinued/legacy Eyretel (Lanier), ASC and Eventide product lines. We offer
service contracts to keep your recorder performing excellently as the technology
ages. We also sell reconditioned systems that have been refurbished to the
original performance specifications for those who do not have the budget to
purchase a new system. Please contact us for more information regarding service
or sales of used/refurbished loggers.
