Gold Cross EMS - Gold Cross has been an
Eventide user for many years. After seeing the latest technology
Eventide has to offer, they recently upgraded their old VR320 to the new
VR725 with touch screen front panel. Also included in the recording
solution was the latest software client available from Eventide, which
enables Gold Cross dispatchers and supervisors to have instant recall of
all their recorded transmissions as well as burn calls to a CD with one
click of the mouse. Quality Recording installed two VR725s into their
dispatch center in March 2007.

Forest Park Police Department - When
Captain Reynolds was looking for a new recording solution, he gathered
information from different vendors and then put a bid out. After going
over the bids, Captain Reynolds selected the best product for his
facility and budget. He chose an Eventide VR725 with RAID1 hard drives,
dual DVD drives, and 16 playback positions from Quality Recording
Solutions.

Rabun County 911 - Located in the North
Georgia mountains, Rabun County 911 needed a recording solution that
would be able to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When an emergency
occurs in the mountains, the dispatchers use the recorder and instant
recall software to make sure they have not missed any important
information from the caller. Quality Recording Solutions installed and
maintains the 32 channel Eventide VR725 at the 911 center.

Piedmont Hospital -
Quality Recording installed and maintains their ASC Evolite 8 channel
recording system. The emergency room personnel rely on QRS to keep their
system up to date and running 24x7.

Jackson County 911 - Quality Recording
installed the new Eventide VR725 with touch screen in the 911 center in
January of 2007. The solution includes a 32 channel system with numerous
Instant Recall positions and multiple remote search and replay browsers
throughout the center.
